To help us provide reliable service and reserve appointment times for all of our clients, we are implementing a new cancellation policy.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled cleaning appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the original scheduled service price.

If our team arrives and is unable to access the property or the appointment cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond our control, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

This policy helps us fairly compensate our cleaning team for reserved appointment times and allows us to continue providing exceptional service to all of our clients.
